GEMS Wellness is a member wellness service made available to Government Employees Medical Scheme (GEMS) members. By creating an account and using this app, you agree to these terms.
Using the service
GEMS Wellness helps you check in on your wellbeing, log daily activities, and earn Vulas. It is provided to support you between visits to your healthcare providers. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the information you provide. Please let us know straight away if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
Vulas rewards
Vulas are earned through in-app activity and can be redeemed with participating retail partners, subject to the redemption terms shown at the time of redemption. Vulas have no cash value and cannot be transferred between members.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material, we'll let you know in the app before they take effect.
